County Wide Insurance Agency's Office Following January's Ice Storm.

Warm Salutations from Our Team to Yours

The first couple months of 2009 were exciting, to say the least. On January 28, a major ice storm rocked the United States. Directly and indirectly, the storm impacted members from Missouri to Kentucky and all the way to Florida. I’m very happy to say we successfully performed 31 recoveries as a result of the storm, fulfilling 100 percent of our recovery commitments.

Getting operations back up and running is our mission. Our employees are passionate about disaster recovery and doing whatever it takes to get the job done. I encourage you to click here and view a short video about our client services team and the work they performed this past fall when hurricanes Dolly, Gustav and Ike significantly impacted our members. The video, Member Service Case Study, tells of our client service team and members working hand-in-hand. I hope you enjoy it.

From the entire Agility team, thank you. Thank you for inviting and trusting us to play a role in your organization’s efforts to be more robust, recoverable and reliable. We take our responsibility very seriously and are committed to providing you nothing less than exceptional support, advice and performance. We’re here to support your continuity and disaster recovery planning so you can work toward business as usual, no matter the situation.

Let me close by again thanking you for trusting Agility and allowing us to be part of this very important portion of your business. Please let me know if there is anything we can do to further enhance our services and capabilities, or if you have a friend, partner, key vendor, etc., that you think could benefit from ReadySuite membership. We will take superb care of them and they’ll thank you for introducing them to Agility.

Sincerely,

Bob Boyd

Make Testing a Top Priority in a Down Economy

Agility members are utilizing the economic slowdown to tighten up aspects of their disaster recovery programs, a process with very low costs and healthy benefits. And many members are utilizing the time to plan their disaster recovery tests for 2009.

“Our members see the value in testing their plans during slower times,” said Adam Quilty, Agility’s testing manager.
