Bill Boyd
Chairman of the Board
Bill Boyd is the driving force behind Agility’s innovative spirit. Bill started at Muzak over 30 years ago as a sales representative. Before long, he became a vice president of the Muzak operations owned by the parent company. Soon thereafter, Bill purchased his own Muzak franchise and built it into the largest in the world. In 1997, after selling his business, Bill became CEO of Muzak LLC. During his four-year tenure, Muzak grew from $80 million in revenue to $250 million. In 2001, Bill was named the Ernst and Young Regional Entrepreneur of the Year. Currently, Bill sits on several boards of directors, is an executive in residence at Queens University of Charlotte and is part of the Leaders in Action speaker series.
Bob Boyd
President & CEO
Bob Boyd is a proven and dedicated leader and the soul behind the Agility mentality - when the heart cares enough to get things done, the mind finds a way. Bob joined Agility in 2004 from Muzak, where he was a vice president and general manager. During his tenure at Muzak, Bob was instrumental in re-branding the company’s services portfolio and contributed in large part to the company’s dramatic growth.
Prior to joining Muzak, Bob was Controller at SunCom Group and a vice president at NationsBank. He holds a master’s degree from the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Davidson College.
Paul Sullivan
General Manager/VP Strategic Solutions
Paul Sullivan personifies Agility’s culture of response, prosperity and innovation. With over 25 years of experience in the disaster recovery and information technology industries, Sullivan was a critical part of the ReadySuite development team. He continues to influence the progression of Agility’s product and services portfolio.
Prior to joining the Agility team, Sullivan was Senior Vice President of Product Development, Marketing and Sales with Comdisco Continuity Services and General Manager for Business Resilience and Continuity Services with IBM.
Mike Hoeltke
Vice President of Sales
Mike Hoeltke is the passionate mindset of Agility, exemplified. Hoeltke joined Agility in 2004 with a wealth of sales and management experience, including leadership positions at Muzak International, Capstar and Comcast. Most recently, Mike was Senior Vice President of the Southern Region for Muzak during a period of significant growth. Through his drive, vision and inspired leadership, Mike is guiding Agility’s accomplished sales team in its quest to revolutionize the disaster recovery and business continuity industries.
Taylor Busby
Vice President of Marketing
Taylor Busby is the creative mind behind the award-winning Agility message. A veteran of the advertising industry, Taylor built brands for some of the world’s most-recognized companies, including PepsiCo, Miller Brewing Company, Frito-Lay and Motorola. Prior to joining Agility, Taylor was the Account Director at Boone/Oakley Advertising and developed communication strategies and marketing plans for MTV, NASCAR, Continental Tire, Lowe’s Home Improvement and more.
Tony Temprile
Controller
Reliability is a cornerstone of Agility’s promise, and Tony Temprile embodies this attribute as he manages the financial and operational sides of the company. Prior to joining Agility in 2002, Temprile ran the Chilean financial operations for Aisco, a division of the Outokumpu Group of Companies, and worked with companies such as NSK Canada, Canada 3000, Rio Algon and the Watt Design Group. A 17-year accounting veteran, Tony makes sure Agility stays on track.
Donald Holland
Vice President of Recovery Services
Don Holland joined Agility in 2005 as vice president of recovery services. Since his arrival, Don has been instrumental in the expansion of Agility’s logistic support services, as well as the company’s partnerships.
Prior to joining Agility, Don consulted with commercial and industrial corporations and managed their facility addition and expansion projects. He also worked in management in the banking and construction industries. Prior to his corporate career, Don served as a 1st Lt. and 2nd Lt. for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers.
Don earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University and a master’s degree in business from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City.
